Our registration process is one of ease. The patient is not required to complete numerous forms, as the majority of information has been obtained from the referring physician office. All demographics are scanned in our Electronic Health Record, creating a virtually paperless office. In most cases, we can offer Same Day Services and walk in x-rays.
